4cups chopped watermelon
1 cup refrigerated unsweetened coconut milk
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 cup refrigerated unsweetened coconut milk

1.In blender, purée watermelon, coconut milk, sugar and lime juice on high until smooth.
2.Strain watermelon mixture through fine-mesh strainer into pitcher; stir in 2 cups water. Makes about 6 cups.
3.Serve Watermelon Agua Fresca over ice.
