Holiday Hard Cider Sangria

Prep: 10 minutes plus chilling • Serves: 10

2 bottles (12 fluid ounces each) hard cider
1 bottle (750 mL) red wine such as Cabernet Sauvignon
1-1/2 cups fresh orange juice
2 large Honeycrisp and/or Granny Smith apples, halved, cored and chopped
1 medium orange, thinly sliced
1 cup fresh cranberries plus additional for garnish (optional)
Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)

1. In large pitcher, stir hard cider, wine and orange juice. Add apples, orange and cranberries; cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to overnight. Makes about 10 cups.

2. Serve sangria garnished with rosemary sprigs and/or cranberries, if desired.
