Vegetable oil cooking spray
3 slices thick-sliced bacon, chopped
1/2 (8-ounce) package Our Family® Original Cream Cheese, softened
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 cups shredded skinless rotisserie chicken meat
1-1/2 cups Our Family® Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
2 tablespoons Our Family® Unsalted Butter, melted
1 package (12 rolls) favorite Hawaiian rolls, split lengthwise

1.Preheat oven to 350°; spray 11 x 7-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

2.In large skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until crisp, stirring occasionally; transfer to paper towel-lined plate.

3.In large bowl, stir cream cheese, onions, chicken, Cheddar cheese, seasoning and bacon. Makes about 2 cups.

4.Place bottom rolls, cut side up, in prepared dish; top with cheese mixture and top rolls, cut side down. Brush tops of rolls with butter; cover dish with aluminum foil.
