Pumpkin Hummus

Prep: 15 minutes • Serves: 20

2 cans (15.5 ounces each) Our Family® Garbanzo Beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 ounces) Our Family® 100% Pure Pumpkin
5 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup tahini
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Finest Reserve™ by Our Family® Turmeric
1/2 teaspoon Our Family® Salt
3/4 cup Our Family® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

1.In food processor, purée beans, pumpkin, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, turmeric and salt; with processor running, slowly pour oil through feed tube and purée until smooth. Makes about 5 cups hummus.

2.Serve hummus garnished with parsley, if desired.

Chef Tip
