1can (16 ounces) reduced sodium chickpeas, drained, rinsed and dried very well
1 tablespoon olive oil
1-1/2teaspoons Moroccan seasoning
1/2teaspoon seasoning salt
1/2teaspoon ground black pepper

1.Preheat oven to 400°. In large bowl, toss chickpeas, oil, seasoning, salt and pepper; spread in single layer on rimmed baking pan. Bake 45 minutes or until crisp. Makes about 1 cup.
