Makes about 1 1\/2 cups cheese mixture.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"recPrep\"><span>2.<\/span>In large bowl, toss snap peas, and remaining 1 tablespoon oil, and 1\/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper. Heat large cast-iron skillet over high heat. In 2 batches, add snap peas in single layer; cook 4 minutes or until charred and tender-crisp, stirring once halfway through cooking.
