Add sausage; cook 5 minutes or until lightly browned, turning once. Add onion and peppers; cook 5 minutes or until vegetables are lightly browned, stirring frequently. Add tomatoes with their juice and broth; cook 1 minute, stirring frequently. Place lid on Instant Pot and close pressure valve to seal; pressure cook on low 7 minutes. Quick release pressure; remove lid.
