1 <\/span>package (12 ounces) Our Family\u00ae Thick Cut Premium Bacon<\/strong>
\n1\/2 <\/span>cup Our Family\u00ae\u00a0Dark Bittersweet Chocolate Morsels<\/strong>
\n2\t<\/span>teaspoons Our Family\u00ae 100% Pure Vegetable Oil <\/strong>
\n1\/2 <\/span>cup white chocolate morsels
\n2\t<\/span>tablespoons finely chopped roasted unsalted shelled pistachios <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

1.<\/span> Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Line 1 rimmed baking pan with parchment paper; line second rimmed baking pan with parchment paper and wire rack.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

2.<\/span> Twist each slice bacon and place on parchment paper-lined pan; bake 20 minutes or until crisp. Cool bacon completely; transfer to wire rack-lined pan.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

3.<\/span> In small microwave-safe bowl, heat dark chocolate morsels in microwave oven on high 1 minute or until melted, stirring every 20 seconds; stir in 1 teaspoon oil. In separate small microwave-safe bowl, heat white chocolate morsels in microwave oven on high 1 minute or until melted, stirring every 20 seconds; stir in remaining 1 teaspoon oil.

4.<\/span> Drizzle dark chocolate and white chocolate over bacon; sprinkle with pistachios. Refrigerate bacon twists 15 minutes or until chocolate is hardened. Makes about 8 bacon twists.
