Spiced-Apple Cinnamon Roll Cobbler

2 cans (12.4 ounces each) Our Family® Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese Icing, separated and quartered
2 large Stemilt® Fuji Apples, halved, cored and chopped
2 large Stemilt® Granny Smith Apples, halved, cored and chopped
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup packed Our Family® Light Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon apple pie spice
2 tablespoons Our Family® Heavy Whipping Cream
1. Preheat oven to 350°; spray 13 x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Reserve icing from cinnamon rolls. In large bowl, toss cinnamon rolls and apples; spread in prepared dish.
2. In medium bowl, whisk butter, sugar and pie spice; pour over cinnamon roll mixture. Cover dish with nonstick aluminum foil; bake 40 minutes or until cinnamon rolls have doubled in size. Cool cobbler 10 minutes.
3. In small bowl, whisk cream and reserved icing; drizzle over cobbler. Makes about 8 cups.
